I need an outlet!

So, my "personal" online journal is kept elsewhere, but I just felt a need to... I don't know, specialize. I've been keeping up with a lot of the current thought and debate about the muddle that is our government and policy right now, and if I don't have some place to ruminate on them for myself, I think I might go mad. Thus, this is a forum for my own observations and opinions. Mine, mine mine! I'm not going to force you to agree with me, but if you don't, disagree courteously, and I will do the same. I grew up in the South, and I do not tolerate poor manners. Comments with foul language will be deleted, and if the commenter persists, they will be blocked. Deal? Deal. Let's go to it then.
